Description
The “aereo” necklace with a Tahitian pearl hand made using the techniques of fusion and “lost wax”. Each piece is unique and is made without the use of molds meaning that each ring differs from that in the photograph, although the maximum size will be that indicated.
The Tahitian pearls are amongst the rarest and are formed inside the “Pictada Margaritifera” oyster, found in the lagoons of the Polynesian atoll. It is the only one to produce a silver pearlescence, meaning that the Tahitian pearls are the only grey variety whose colour is natural. The average diameter is 8-9 mm can be as large as 14-15 mm, the colour varies between light and dark grey with tints of green, pink, blue, silver and yellow.
